Printable Bird-Watching Tally Instructions:

  1. Download the printable bird-watching tally chart. 
  2. Print it onto regular printer paper or cardstock. 
  3. Use a three-hole punch to put a few copies of this printable bird-watching tally chart into a homemade nature journal or notebook
  4. Write the name of each bird you spot in the left-hand column. 
  5. Make a tally or check mark each time you see the bird that day, week, or month.
